Weller offers a limited warranty on all the bags that we sell. Why do we call it The Lifer Warranty? Because we truly believe that once you start using our bags, you'll become a Lifer. But we also know that our customers use & abuse their gear like nobody else- and we are glad that you do. After all, that's what it was built for. To make sure you are beyond satisfied with your Weller purchase, we offer a hassle-free warranty that other bag manufacturers wouldn't dare to.

Weller warrants our bags to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under reasonable use and conditions, for the life of the product. This means that if a seam blows out or something breaks that wasn't supposed to, Weller will repair or replace the product.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the Weller product. Weller reserves the right to determine whether repair or replacement is more appropriate or to refuse warranty claims that appear to be abusing the Lifer Warranty program. If a product replacement is necessary and the original product is no longer available, Weller reserves the right to replace the product with a comparable new or refurbished product of equal or lesser value. The Lifer Warranty doesn't apply to apparel and accessories. All shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.
